Adrienne is a well-known actor in horror films. She started her career as a professional dancer, and eventually became a character actor for movies. Her most famous role was playing the determined, resolute Rizzo as part of Grease, the Broadway musical Grease. Her character as the daughter of Bea Arthur's character on the television sitcom Maude is regarded as one of her important works. When she was cast by her then husband in the horror film Fog that became commercially successful, she was cast in various others sci-fi films.
