Barber took on Montana De La Rosa on April 23rd, 2020. She won by unanimity. Barber later replaced Casey O'Neill at the UFC 276 fight on July 2nd 2022 and faced Jessica Eye. Barber was victorious in this fight with an unanimity. Barber's contract was terminated by UFC following the fight although Barber signed another contract later in the years.
